Requirements
Vernon Green is for elders who require 24-hour nursing services and who either meet annual income and asset criteria or will pay through the Medicare or Medicaid programs. There are no entrance fees and no lease is required. Residents pay a reasonable all-inclusive monthly rent, which includes all nursing care, lodging, meals and activities. Optional amenities such as telephone and cable TV are available.
